This year I’ve been doing 100 squats in one ‘sitting’ almost every day. I’ve noticed that my legs feel so much stronger, leaner, I am faster and have more endurance. Squats are a great exercise to do everyday, you don’t need any equipment or a lot of space… Just take a few minutes, do as many as you can, then do it again tomorrow and the following days and I promise you will be feeling the benefits!
