Thai Kale Coleslaw
tonight’s menu: sweet potatoes, sapodilla, jackfruit, steamed sweet corn, and papaya. time to grub.
This year I’ve been doing 100 squats in one ‘sitting’ almost every day. I’ve noticed that my legs feel so much stronger, leaner, I am faster and have more endurance. Squats are a great exercise to do everyday, you don’t need any equipment or a lot of space… Just take a few minutes, do as many as you can, then do it again tomorrow and the following days and I promise you will be feeling the benefits!
Whatever you are going through, whatever you are working on, never give up! Don’t let a slip up bring you down and KEEP you down. You’re doing great, you are growing! Shake it off, get back on your feet and get your power back, it’s there waiting for you! You can use those instances as learning experiences for next time.
In nature, growth is happening by a never-ending series of destruction and rebuilding, catabolic and anabolic processes. If you look at graphs of the stock market, there are always ups AND downs. Even the strongest stocks experience their moments of down-time.
If we can sit in silence, listen to our thought stream and try to find an understanding of why it is we are the way we are, then we can change in a way that leads to less conflict, more harmony within our selves, more Love.
